Goodnight Macaroon Shipping Delays
Our customers may experience shipping delays from time to time.
At present, our Warehouse team endeavours to fulfil orders within five working days, which includes picking, packing and posting orders. The estimated delivery times, being 5-7 working days for standard shipping and 1-3 working days for express shipping, are guidelines provided by our delivery partners.
On rare occasions, fulfilment of orders may take longer than five working days if an item is on back order or special order. In such cases, customers will be notified and a discussion will take place to ensure customers are happy to wait. More commonly occurring are delivery delays, where our delivery partners take longer than the estimated delivery times. In such cases, we kindly ask for customers' patience as we have no control or influence over the delivery process. If a parcel is taking an unreasonable amount of time to be delivered then our Customer Services team will always ensure the correct and appropriate action is taken in the best interest of our customers.
Please note that working days are from Monday to Friday and does not include weekends or public holidays. Our Warehouses are based in Hong Kong, Portland USA and Surrey Canada, so please kindly take note of public holidays in Hong Kong, the USA and Canada.
If delays are experienced, we kindly ask customers to contact our Customer Services team, who are here to help and resolve these situations. We kindly ask for your patience while they deal with your enquiries. We also kindly ask customers to refrain from sending their enquiries via our review forms, including our product review form and site review form. These review forms are administered by a third party called Yotpo and are not directly connected to our Customer Services team.
