Terms & Conditions

We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit (see terms and conditions below). Any returns not made within this window will be rejected or provided with store credit as an exception.
  • We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
  • We provide an exchange for store credit for on-sale items, purchased with a discount or a discount code of 25% or more.
  • We do not provide a returns label or pay for returns shipping.
  • We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items: (1) accessories, (2) bodysuits, (3) Final Sale items (marked at checkout and under product description), (4) jewelry, (5) lingerie, (6) sleepwear and (7) swimwear.
  • Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging. Any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will be rejected.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking in with us first.
  • We do not accept packages returned on a C.O.D. basis.
  • All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Goodnight Macaroon cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable. 
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. We may charge additional shipping fees to cover the cost of return shipping.
  • We offer customers store credit for the price difference between the purchase price and the sale price, if the order was placed 24 hours before the sale.
  • Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 24 hours after an order is placed.
  • If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Services team.
  • Please note that exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of our Customer Services team.
  • The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.

  1. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
  2. You can then return the item(s) you originally ordered using the provided shipping label.
  3. Drop-off your package at any USPS location.
  4. Once we have received your package, we will promptly process your return in line with our Returns Policy.

  • Print your own return shipping labels
  • Check the status of your return

We have return addresses in the USA and Hong Kong. Please contact our Customer Services team for return instructions and the relevant return address for your order.
