- To generate a return, please fill out the Return Form enclosed in your parcel & send it back with your items within 30 days of delivery.
- Take the parcel to a local post office or courier and pay for the postage. Goodnight Macaroon is not responsible for the shipping fee of a return parcel, and does not provide return labels.
- We accept returns of eligible items for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- For orders that has enjoyed free shipping, a shipping and handling fee of US$20 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to refund to your original form of payment.
- Any orders purchased with store credit/ gift card is not eligible for return or exchange.
- All shoes returned can only be refunded in the form of store credit as they are made to order.
- All items that are under the SALE section cannot be returned back to us. They are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- You can return anything, except for swimwear for hygiene reasons, accessories (scarves included), homeware and final-sale items (warehouse sale items included).
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Refund or store credit will be issued in 7 days once delivered to us.

TERMS AND CONDITION
We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
- We accept returns on eligible items for a refund within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information.
- Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7 days from the date we receive your return at one of our returns addresses.
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.
- We provide a refund to your original payment method for all eligible items.
- Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
- We do not provide a returns label or pay for returns shipping.
- We do not ship to PO boxes with Fedex express service. If you enter a PO Box address, your order will be shipped via USPS.
- We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items: (1) accessories, (2) bodysuits, (3) Final Sale items (Clearance Sale items included), (4) jewelry, (5) lingerie, (6) sleepwear, (7) swimwear, (8) homeware
- All shoes and bags returned can only be refunded in the form of store credit as they are made to order.
- Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging. Any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will be rejected.
- Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective items. We will place a replacement order for all defective order items received.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- We do not accept packages returned on a cash-on-delivery basis or packages requiring additional payment.
- All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Goodnight Macaroon cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
- All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. We may charge additional fees to cover any costs incurred.
- We offer store credit for the price difference between the purchase price and the sale price, if the order was placed 24 hours before the sale.
- Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
- The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
