- Take the parcel to a local post office or courier and pay for postage to have the parcel sent to us
- Any items discounted by 25% or more can only be returned for store credit
- Any items purchased with store credit is not eligible for return or exchange
- You can return anything, except for swimwear, accessories and final-sale items

Terms & Conditions
We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
- We provide store credit for items purchased at a discount or a discount code of 25% or more from full price.
- Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date is returned to one of our addresses.
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected or provided with store credit as an exception.
- We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
- We provide an exchange for store credit for items purchased at a discount or a discount code of 25% or more from full price.
- We do not provide a returns label or pay for returns shipping.
- We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items: (1) accessories, (2) bodysuits, (3) Final Sale items (marked at checkout and under product description), (4) jewelry, (5) lingerie, (6) sleepwear and (7) swimwear.
- Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging. Any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will be rejected.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking in with us first. If you do return items that are not eligible for a refund, you will either receive a store credit or we will send it back to you at your own expense.
- We do not accept packages returned on a cash-on-delivery basis.
- All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Goodnight Macaroon cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. We may charge additional shipping fees to cover the cost of return shipping.
- We offer customers store credit for the price difference between the purchase price and the sale price, if the order was placed 24 hours before the sale.
- Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
- If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Services team.
- Please note that exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of our Customer Services team.
- The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
