Terms & Conditions

We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

  • You have 30 days from the receipt of your parcel to decide if an item is right for you.
  • We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
  • We provide an exchange for store credit for on-sale items, purchased with a discount or a discount code of 25% or more.
  • We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items: (1) Accessories, (2) Bodysuits, (3) Final Sale Items (marked at checkout and under product description), (4) Jewelry, (5) Lingerie, (6) Sleepwear and (7) Swimwear.
  • Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging. Any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will be rejected.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking in with us first.
  • We do not accept packages returned on a C.O.D. basis.
  • All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Goodnight Macaroon cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Please note that if all items from an order with free shipping are returned, then the free shipping becomes chargeable.
  • All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable. 
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. We may charge additional shipping fees to cover the cost of return shipping.
  • We offer customers store credit for the price difference between the purchase price and the sale price, if the order was placed 24 hours before the sale.
  • Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 24 hours after an order is placed.
  • If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Services team.
  • Please note that exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of our Customer Services team.
  • The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.

Start a Return 

  1. Using the Contact Form, please enter your registered name and email address in the relevant fields. In the description box, please tell us your (a.) order number, (b.) item(s) you'd like to return and (c.) reason(s) for your return. 
  2. If approved, our Customer Services team will send you instructions for returning your item(s). Please ensure the clothing tags are attached and secure the item(s) in the original packaging for posting.
  3. Drop-off your package at the local post office.
  4. Once we have received your package, we will promptly process your return in line with our Returns Policy.
