How to measure
- Bust: measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape level.
- Waist: measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose. This is the narrowest part of the body between the ribs and the hips.
- Hip: stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

If you're unsure about the fit of a particular item or size, please contact our Customer Services team to discuss the most appropriate size. Normally, our Customer Services team will ask you to provide your measurements and/or regular clothes size. They will also ask about your desired fit. The information provided to our Customer Services team will be reviewed by our Fitting Specialists and they will recommend the best fit for you. The final decision to purchase a specific item in a specific size is the customer's decision - not the Customer Services team. This is because we do not provide returns on discounted, on sale or Flash Sale items that come with a size recommendation from our Customer Services team.
We accept returns, on full-priced items or items discounted by less than 25% (including discount codes), for a refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information.
We accept returns for store credit, for items discounted by 25% or more (including discount codes) up to 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information.
