How to measure
- Bust: measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape level.
- Waist: measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose. This is the narrowest part of the body between the ribs and the hips.
- Hip: stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

If you're unsure about the fit of a particular item or size, please contact our Customer Services team to discuss the most appropriate size. Normally, our Customer Services team will ask you to provide your measurements and/or regular clothes size. They will also ask about your desired fit. The final decision to purchase a specific item in a specific size is the customer's decision - not the Customer Services team. This is because we do not provide returns on discounted, on sale or Flash Sale items that come with a size recommendation from our Customer Services team.
We accept returns, on full-priced items or items discounted by less than 25% (including discount codes), for a refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information.
We accept returns for store credit, for items discounted by 25% or more (including discount codes) up to 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information.
