Eligible Returns

Full-Priced Items

Our goal at Goodnight Macaroon is to ensure that you are completely happy with your shopping experience. We are able to accept returns on all full-priced items, up to 30 days after your order was fulfilled/mailed to you. Only full-priced items are eligible for return, either an exchange or a refund. All refunds will be issued through PayPal to your original payment account, within 48 hours upon receiving your returned item(s).

'Flash Sale' or Discount Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on 'Flash Sale' and discounted items because it is not economically viable for our small, boutique business. As such, all Flash Sale and discounted items are final. We're very sorry about this. Where Flash Sale or discounted items are returned to us, without our express written consent, we reserve the right to post back the items to the customer and the customer will be liable for the additional postage costs.

Terms & Conditions

We encourage customers to read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items being returned are eligible to avoid disappointment.

  • All items purchased on Flash Sale ( note: the page with the automatic countdown system ) and on-sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. Full-priced items purchased with a discount code of more than 20% are not eligible for return.
  • We do not accept returns on any non full-priced items, including items with marked-down prices, marked-down items purchased with a Gift Card and marked-down items purchased with a discount code.
  • Gift Cards purchased from Goodnight Macaroon cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • We accept returns on full-priced items where they were purchased using a discount code of 20% or less. We accept them for exchange or store credit refund upon receiving your returned item(s). Please note that return postage costs will not be paid or refunded.
  • All returned items must have their original clothing tags attached, otherwise no refund will be given.
  • We recommend you to ship your return parcel using a traceable, insured shipping method. Goodnight Macaroon will not accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels. All postage costs in relation to a returned parcel is incurred at the customer's expense.
  • All postage costs are at the shipper's expense.
  • Shipping costs and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
  • Non-deliverable orders due to wrong addresses given, rejected or unclaimed parcels will not be refunded. Furthermore, we reserve the right to further charge a $10 shipping fee to cover the cost of re-posting the order.
  • We offer customers a refund of the price difference between (1) the prevailing purchase price at the time of order, and (2) the Flash Sale Tuesday price, if the order was placed between 9am EST on Monday and 8.59am on Tuesday, i.e. 24 hours before our Flash Sale Tuesday. Please note that a price adjustment will render your items ineligible for a return, as such items are deemed final sale.
  • If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Services team and provide photos of the defect. Once confirmed by our Customer Services team, they will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. We do not provide a refund or exchange for other item, if the item is not eligible for a return.
  • The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise by a member of the Customer Services team. The Terms & Conditions stated herein cannot be altered or superceded.
