Returns Policy

We know and We understand that not all the time the things you buy online will work for you and you may want to return for a refund. We value our customers and we'll always do our best to take care of customers. As long as the rules below are followed, you will for sure qualify for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging ( some may come with original SKU label ). We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. 

If you missed the timeframe above for some reason and still want to request for a return and refund, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. Please get in touch and we will send a replacement or refund in store credit form.
  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Important: *Subject to Change. Goodnight Macaroon at any time in its sole discretion change the rules set forth above. Please follow the Return Instruction you receive in the packages. Some items may require a Return Authorization number:

To request a Return Authorization number

  • Please email us at customercare@goodnightmacaroon.co and input your order number, the item(s) and reason you wish to return.
  • Please submit a picture for items that are incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
  • We will email you with return instructions along with an email confirmation.

 

 

Terms

  • For orders that has enjoyed free shipping, a shipping and handling fee of US$20 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to refund to your original form of payment. 
  • Any orders purchased with store credit/ gift card is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All shoes and bags returned can only be refunded in the form of store credit as they are made to order.
  • All items that are under the SALE section cannot be returned back to us. They are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Refund or store credit will be issued in 7 days once delivered to us.

We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

  • Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7 days from the date we receive your return at one of our returns addresses.
  • We provide a refund to your original payment method for all eligible items.
  • Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
  • We do not provide a returns label or pay for returns shipping.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes with Fedex express service as they need signature upon arrival.
  • We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items: (1) accessories, (2) bodysuits, (3) Final Sale items (Clearance Sale items included), (4) jewelry, (5) lingerie, (6) sleepwear, (7) swimwear, (8) homeware
  • All shoes and bags returned can only be refunded in the form of store credit as they are made to order.
  • Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging. Any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will be rejected.
  • Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective items. 
  • Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
  • We do not accept packages returned on a cash-on-delivery basis or packages requiring additional payment.
  • All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Goodnight Macaroon cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.

  • All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. We may charge additional fees to cover any costs incurred.
  • We do not offer store credit for the price difference at any time.
  • Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
  • The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
