Our Customer Services team is on-hand from Monday to Saturday to deal with any queries you may have and also to help resolve any issues you come across. Please remember that our Customer Services are human beings and they are trained to help as best as they can. We greatly appreciate a common courtesy and respect for our Customer Service team members - they will try their best to help you.

Due to the large volume of customer enquiries we receive every day, please allow 3-5 working days for our Customer Services team to assist you with your enquiry. Please note that we currently do not have a telephone service to speak with our customers but it's something that we hope to implement in the future. We kindly ask for your patience before our Customer Services team responds to you.
